Nationwide access
Our highly trained, condition-specific nursing network of 1,000+ staff nurses is available across the country.
Full coordination of care
We work with case managers to provide care transition support, benefits review, financial assistance and appeals.
Relationship-driven offerings
We connect with professional organizations, plus local and national non-profits to provide the best patient care.
We do the work so you don’t have to
At Optum specialty and infusion pharmacies, we understand that discharging patients can be complicated. We're here to make that transition easier and then continue to provide patients with quality care at home or at an infusion suite.
As an approved 340B partner, we help your resources reach more eligible patients and provide more comprehensive services.
Additionally, as a 503A provider, we only offer IV oncology therapies through patient-specific compounding services. This means you can access difficult-to-source specialty medications and powerful chemotherapy admixtures, either for treatment at the hospital or for patients once they're back home.
Nationwide support
Licensed to provide pharmacy support nationwide.
One-stop service
We coordinate everything, saving you time and paperwork.
Timely discharge
We work with case managers to get patients on therapy fast.
Safe and effective
99% of home infusion patients remain infection-free.1
